Shipping policy
We attempt to process all orders within 1-3 business day, if placed Monday-Friday, and within the next 2-4 business days if order(s) is placed on the weekend. This timeline may be delayed depending on any sales and or amount of inbound orders. No orders are processed on Holidays/Weekends. Orders processed after 2PM EST may not be picked up by shipping service until the following business day. Perfect Game Apparel is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Special events (sales and/or promotions) may slow down this timeline.
At checkout, our website lists the expected number of days (i.e. 2 Business Days) in transit for each shipping service based on your inputted shipping address. This estimate does not factor in our processing time. While the days listed are accurate in most cases, they are only estimates and not guarantees. Transit time for international orders varies based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Mistakes happen, but at Perfect Game, we hold ourselves to professional standards. Like a well-called game, our guarantee stands firm on quality and precision. If your gear isn't up to spec, we'll make it right with a replacement.

Return Policy: You've got 30 days from your purchase date to return unused merchandise - that's plenty of time to make your decision. After that, like a game after the final out, it's in the books.
If Checkout+ is selected and Free Returns are purchased at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Ground Rules: We cannot accept returns on worn or used items, no exceptions. All items must be properly packaged to preserve their condition - that's non-negotiable. These rules are final.
