Shipping policy
We attempt to process all orders within 1-3 business day, if placed Monday-Friday, and within the next 2-4 business days if order(s) is placed on the weekend. This timeline may be delayed depending on any sales and or amount of inbound orders. No orders are processed on Holidays/Weekends. Orders processed after 2PM EST may not be picked up by shipping service until the following business day. Perfect Game Apparel is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Special events (sales and/or promotions) may slow down this timeline.
At checkout, our website lists the expected number of days (i.e. 2 Business Days) in transit for each shipping service based on your inputted shipping address. This estimate does not factor in our processing time. While the days listed are accurate in most cases, they are only estimates and not guarantees. Transit time for international orders varies based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Not satisfied with your purchase? You've got 30 days to make your call. Before sending it back, write your reason on the back of your invoice - we take your feedback seriously to maintain our high standards.
Once we receive your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. Count on 7 business days for processing after we receive the merchandise.
