What is the shipping policy?
Orders typically process and ship within 1–4 business days.
During high-volume periods such as special events, promotions, or holidays, fulfillment times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What is the PG return/exchange policy?
If your product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed. Once your item is received at our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
If you purchased Checkout+ with your order, returns are free of charge. Otherwise, return shipping fees may apply.
Footwear Policy:
Cleats and other footwear must be unworn and unused to be eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or Black Friday/Cyber Monday events are not eligible for price matching.

Sale & Final Sale Items
Items marked as Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
If a Final Sale item arrives defective or you receive the incorrect item, we’ll make it right by offering an exchange to complete your order.
