What is the PG return/exchange policy?
If the product does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied in any way, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that exchanges will be based on product availability at the time of processing. Returns and exchanges can take 7-10 business days to be processed after they are received at our warehouse.
If you purchased Checkout+ with your order, returns should be free. Otherwise shipping fees may be required for your return/exchange.

How do I return/exchange a product?
When processing a return, please find your original order number. Once the order number is located, please use our portal - HERE - and follow the instructions to process your return/exchange.
Final Sale Items
If a product or collection is listed as final sale, returns will NOT be available for these items. If a Final Sale item was ordered and was defective or the wrong item was received, an exchange will be provided to complete the order.
