What is the PG return/exchange policy?
If your product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
Please allow 7–10 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed once received at our warehouse.
If you purchased Checkout+ with your order, your return will be free of charge. Otherwise, shipping fees may apply for returns or exchanges.
Footwear Policy:
Cleats and other footwear must be unworn and unused to be eligible for return or exchange.

How do I return/exchange a product?
When processing a return, please find your original order number. Once the order number is located, please use our portal - HERE - and follow the instructions to process your return/exchange.
Sale & Final Sale Items
If a product is part of our Sale collection and/or is listed as final sale, returns will NOT be available for these items. If a Final Sale item was ordered and was defective or the wrong item was received, an exchange will be provided to complete the order.
