Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good about what you order from Perfect Game. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below. This page outlines how returns and exchanges work so there are no surprises.
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be included.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer or denied.
Footwear Policy
Cleats and other footwear must be unworn and unused to be eligible for return or exchange.
Footwear showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Items marked as Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If a Final Sale item arrives defective or you receive the incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Return Shipping & Fees
If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, return shipping is free.
If Checkout+ was not selected, return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
